This is another addition of the WOH Report. The story is shocking and appalling. While Sister Maggie Rhodes is off work, struggling to take care of a baby whose penis was cut off at the Christ Community Health Services center in Memphis, TN, Christ Community Health Services center appears to be completely non-remorseful. From the information we've received from anonymous sources, the Asian doctor, reportedly named Dr. Joyce Lee Liu, MD, continues to work at the same facility where she sent a mother home with a bleeding baby whose penis she participated in severing.
